“企业思想政治工作难做”已成为一段时期以来困扰企业思想政治工作者多年的难题。到企业中走走,“政工干部地位不高”、“思想政治工作不上不下”等说法也时常听到。这说明部分做思想政治工作的同志的观念转变得还不够,那么,在当前的新形势下,怎样才能冲破禁锢,开创思想政治工作新局面呢?笔者认为,关键是思想政治工作者要在思想上树立四种意识:即大局意识、超前意识、创新意识和持久意识。
“Difficult to Do Ideological and Political Work in Enterprises” has become a problem that has troubled the ideological and political workers in enterprises for many years. To the enterprise to walk, “Political and military cadre status is not high ”, “ideological and political work is no less than ” and other saying is often heard. This shows that part of the comrades doing ideological and political work has not changed enough in their ideas. Under the current new situation, how can we break through the imprisonment and create a new situation in ideological and political work? The author believes that the key point is that ideological and political workers need to change their thinking On the establishment of four kinds of awareness: the overall situation awareness, advanced awareness, innovative awareness and lasting awareness.
