The contradiction between the transformation of old and new employment system and the configuration of college graduates still exists. The transformation of employment concept and the ability to adapt to the society still need to be improved. Therefore, vocational colleges should create conditions for further guidance; do a good job of career planning and design of graduates; expand the flexible employment market and encourage higher vocational graduates to actively start their own business.
