传染病报告是传染病管理的基础,其质量直接影响传染病防治,根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》,卫生防疫部门定期对医院传染病报告工作实行检查督促,且常以漏报率进行考核和评价,而漏报调查未能充分反映报告的及时性。本文就我区1990年至1992年法定传染病月报数与年终汇审数据间的差距,运用迟报率反映传染病迟报情况并进行分析,为提高传染病管理质量提供参考。
Infectious disease reports are the basis for the management of infectious diseases and their quality directly affects the prevention and control of infectious diseases. According to Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the health and epidemic prevention departments regularly conduct inspections and supervisions on the reporting of infectious diseases in hospitals and frequently report them at a false negative rate Assessment and evaluation, while the omission of the survey failed to fully reflect the timeliness of the report. In this paper, the gap between the monthly number of legal infectious diseases and the data at the end of the year from 1990 to 1992 in our area is analyzed. The use of late rate of return reflects the situation of delayed reporting of infectious diseases and provides some references for improving the quality of infectious disease management.
