目的研究中药刺槐花Robinia pseudoacacia的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺、反相硅胶以及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化,利用核磁共振等现代波谱技术,结合文献对照,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从刺槐花的正丁醇部分分离得到9个化合物,经光谱分析确定其结构分别为山柰酚(1)、大豆皂醇B(2)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(鼠李糖刺槐苷)(3)、刺槐苷(4)、D-3-O-甲基肌醇(5)、二十五烷酸(6)、4′-甲氧基-5,7-二羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(6→1)-鼠李糖苷(7)、大豆皂苷III(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物2、6、7、8为首次从刺槐花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Robinia pseudoacacia. Methods Silica gel, polyamide, reversed-phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Results Nine compounds were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of A. pseudoacacia and their structures were identified as kaempferol (1), sojaeol B (2), kaempferol-7-O-α-L- Rhamnoside (rhamnoside) (3), locustin (4), D-3-O-methylinositol (5), pentacosanoic acid (6), 4’-methoxy- 5,7-dihydroxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucosyl- (6 → 1) -rhamnoside (7), soyasaponin III (8), and daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 2,6,7,8 were isolated from Robinia pseudoacacia for the first time.
