改革是一项开拓性事业,也是一项群众性的事业,只靠体改部门是干不好整个改革事业的。从体改系统来说,要把改革宣传工作做好,向深度和广度发展,动员群众参加到改革事业中来。这是日前国家体改委副秘书长王仕元在国家体改委所主办的《中国经济体制改革》暨《经济体制改革内参》烟台发行工作会上所讲的一番话。王仕元还说,改革是开拓性事业,不论从理论上实践上都有许多方面的问题需要探索。 Reform is a pioneering undertaking as well as a mass undertaking. Relying solely on the body reform department can not do a good job in reform as a whole. From the system of body reform, we must do a good job in reform and publicity work, develop in depth and breadth, and mobilize the masses to participate in the cause of reform. This is what Wang Shiyuan, Deputy Secretary-General of the State Commission of Economic Restructuring, made a few remarks at the work conference on the issue of “China’s economic system reform” and “internal reform of the economic system” held by the State Commission for Restructuring Reform. Wang Shiyuan also said that reform is a pioneering undertaking that requires exploration in many aspects both in theory and in practice.
