本实验利用全血培养法观察凉血皮炎２号方水煎剂对细菌内毒素（ＬＰＳ）诱导人外周血白细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子的影响，结果表明，它能明显抑制肿瘤坏死因子的产生，这提示本药在临床上治疗炎症性皮肤病的机理与抑制肿瘤坏死因子的活性有关。
In this experiment, whole blood culture method was used to observe the effect of Liangxue dermatitis No.2 decoction on the production of tumor necrosis factor in human peripheral blood leukocytes induced by bacterial endotoxin (LPS). The results showed that it can significantly inhibit the production of tumor necrosis factor. It is suggested that the mechanism of this drug in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases is related to the inhibition of tumor necrosis factor activity.
