我们学校是一所农村全日制普通中学。几年来,我们针对农村普通中学的特点,遵循党的教育方针,在农村普通中学开设劳动技术课,进行劳动技术教育的探讨和研究。由于采取了多种方法,通过多种途径对学生进行劳动技术教育,使学生学到了劳动技术,增强了劳动观念,培养了动手操作能力,收到了较好的教育效果。下面从方法和途径、领导和保证、成绩和打算三个方面谈谈我们的体会。一、方法和途径1.农村普通中学的特点农村普通中学学生来源于农村。学生是经重点中学、中师、中专层层选拔后剩下来的二、三类“苗”。他们经过三年的学习后,初中毕业生有百分之四十左右的学生升入了各级各类的学校,高中毕业生有百分之三十左右的学生升入大中专院校,其余的学生基本上回乡务农建设家乡.
Our school is a rural full-time ordinary high school. Characteristics of rural general secondary schools Rural middle school students from rural areas. The students are the second and third categories of “seedlings” left after the selection of key middle schools, middle schools and secondary technical schools. After three years of study, about 40% of their junior high school graduates have been promoted to schools of various kinds and classes. Some 30% of high school graduates have entered the colleges and universities, The rest of the students basically went back to rural areas to build their hometown.
