焊縫射线探伤标准由材料研究所、焊接研究所、上海鍋炉厂、中华造船厂提出,于1967年4月1日,經一机部批准为本部試行标准。并要求各有关单位考虑按排貫彻本标准的措施。本标准拟由技术标准出版社鉛印出版。为了便于各有关单位及时在生产中使用,在鉛印本未出版以前,本刊先作轉载,供大家使用。本标准适用于以射线照相法检驗的对接焊縫,焊接方法包括电弧焊、气焊及气体保护焊。材料包括炭鋼、合金鋼、不銹钢。鋼板厚度范围2~200毫米。
Welding seam flaw detection standards by the Institute of Materials, Welding Institute, Shanghai Boiler Factory, China Shipyard proposed in April 1, 1967, approved by the Ministry of a pilot unit for the trial standards. And asked all relevant units to consider the implementation of this standard by the measures. This standard is intended to be published by Technical Standards Press. In order to facilitate the timely use of the relevant units in production, before the printed version of the unpublished, this print is reproduced for your use. This standard applies to radiographic examination of butt welds, welding methods, including arc welding, gas welding and gas shielded welding. Materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel. Plate thickness range of 2 to 200 mm.
