新课程的实施,对传统的语文教学提出了许多新的挑战。在小学语文课堂教学中,我们仍会感觉到眼下的课堂教学依然存在着许多与新课程相违背的现象:教师讲的多,学生练的少;内容讲解多,语言领悟少;辅助用书多,工具用书少;表演型多,落到实处少……这些现象反映出我们一部分教师的教学理念、教学行为、教学习惯等落伍与老套,需要改进。那么,我们作为新课改的践行者,怎样利用新课程改革的理念来规范优化自己的教学行为,处理好陈旧教学方法和新的教学观念之间的矛盾呢?
The implementation of the new curriculum has brought many new challenges to the traditional Chinese teaching. In primary Chinese classroom teaching, we still feel that there are still many contradictions with the new curriculum in the classroom teaching nowadays: teachers talk more and students practiced less; content explanation is more and language comprehension is less; there are many auxiliary books, There are few tools and books; the performance type is more and less than the actual ones. These phenomena reflect the outdated and stereotyped teaching concepts, teaching behaviors and teaching habits of some of our teachers that need to be improved. So, as practitioners of the new curriculum reform, how can we use the concept of the new curriculum reform to standardize and optimize our own teaching behaviors and handle the contradictions between the old teaching methods and the new teaching concepts?
