一、综合素质的定位职业教育是传统的学校教育向现代化教育发展的标志之一,它能够直接有效地提高从业劳动者的素质,因此,它在提高社会生产力、在推进我国的现代化建设方面具有重要的地位和作用,21世纪的社会是信息社会,要求人才素质必须具备较强的应变能力、适应能力、创造能力和开拓能力。这就对现在的在校生素质的培养提出更新更高的要求。
