目的 探讨中老年２ 型糖尿病的临床特点。方法 对３３２ 例２ 型糖尿病的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 发现２ 型糖尿病发病隐匿，临床症状不典型多伴有心脑血管及神经系统并发症。结论 控制血糖是减少并发症提高生活质量的重要环节。
Objective To explore the clinical features of type 2 diabetes in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 332 patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectively analyzed. The results found that the incidence of type 2 diabetes occult, atypical clinical symptoms associated with more cardiovascular and neurological complications. Conclusion Control of blood glucose is an important part of reducing complications and improving quality of life.
