Hing rejuvenating the country, strong young countries are strong. Ministry of Agriculture Planning and Design Institute is directly under the Ministry of Agriculture scientific research institutions, mainly engaged in agricultural engineering scientific research, technology promotion and consulting design and so on. The hospital has 246 employees, of whom more than 140 young workers, accounting for nearly 60% of the total number of employees. Young workers have the characteristics of “three highs”. First, they have a high academic record. All young people are undergraduates or above. Among them, 50 are doctoral candidates and 55 are master’s degree holders, accounting for 75% of the total number of young people. Second, More than 90 people, accounting
