贵州省从今年第二季度起,暂停征收出省煤炭200元/t的二次调节基金,解决煤炭积压问题。据了解,2011年贵州省出台《贵州省煤炭价格调节基金征集使用管理办法(修订)》及实施细则,实行省内外差别征集煤炭价格调节基金,对出省煤炭征收200元/t的二次调节基金。该基金主要用于电煤补贴及保障农民生产生活用煤等。
Since the second quarter of this year, Guizhou Province has suspended the collection of secondary adjustment fund of 200 yuan / t from the province’s coal so as to solve the backlog of coal. It is understood that in 2011 Guizhou Province promulgated the “Measures for the Administration of the Collection and Use of Coal Price Adjustment Funds in Guizhou Province (Revised)” and its implementing rules, and implemented a coal price adjustment fund for the difference between inside and outside the province to levy a secondary regulation of 200 yuan / t fund. The fund is mainly used for coal subsidies and to protect farmers’ production and use of coal.
