被人们称为社会主义经济“脊梁”的全民所有制大中型企业,全国计有10676家,为国家提供约80%的年财政收入;同时这里又是云集中国一亿三千万职工中相当数量的精华之地,形成了我国工人阶级的一个主体部分。江泽民同志《在庆祝建国四十周年大会上的讲话》中说:“全民所有制大中型企业是我国社会主义现代化建设的主要支柱,是国家财政收入的主要来源。充分发挥它们的骨干作用,对我国经济发展具有特殊重要的意义”。如何在既定的治理整顿的大环境中充分发挥主观能动性,使企业充满生机和活力,这是当前每个大中型企业共同探索的中心问题。我们上海缝纫机一厂回顾前几年走过的路程,有以下三点体会。一、从提高企业管理水平和产品质量上求活力
