随着药物的广泛临床应用,药物相关急性间质性肾炎(Acute interstitial nephritis,AIN)发生率逐渐增多,我院2005年12月至2009年12月收治22例药物相关AIN,治疗效果较好,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料22例患者均为山东烟台解放军第一O七中心医院2005年12月至2009年12月住院并诊断为AIN的患者,其中男9例,女13例;年龄18～55岁,平均(36.5±10.6)
