通过统计分析道面轮迹和道面板荷载应力横向分布规律,得出了飞机起落架道面通行覆盖次数的计算方法。在道面板中部荷载应力回归公式的基础上,建立了道面板横向应力分布函数。选取NCHRP1-26方程作为疲劳方程,通过对A机场过去13年飞机起飞架次的历史数据进行分析,得出未来7年2种机型飞机的起飞架次,利用覆盖作用曲线与应力分布函数提出了机场道面累积损伤量的计算方法,并进行实例验证。分析结果表明:2年后机场道面的最大累积损伤趋近于1,即在不采取任何维修措施的情况下,A机场剩余使用寿命为2年,与实际运营状况相符。可见,建立的模型有效。
Through the statistical analysis of the road wheel track and the horizontal distribution of load stress of the slab, the calculation method of the coverage of the plane landing passage is obtained. Based on the load stress regression formula in the middle of the pavement panel, the transverse stress distribution function of the pavement panel is established. Taking the NCHRP1-26 equation as the fatigue equation, this paper analyzes the historical data of A-type aircrafts in the past 13 years and finds the number of takeoffs for the two aircraft types in the next 7 years. By using the cover curve and stress distribution function, The method of calculating the cumulative damage of pavement, and verify the case. The results show that the maximum cumulative damage of the airport pavement approaches 2 in two years, that is, without any maintenance measures, the remaining service life of Airport A is 2 years, which is consistent with the actual operating conditions. Visible, the model established is valid.
