医疗纠纷是当前社会的热点话题,随着医疗卫生保健制度的健全和人们法制观念的提高,医患关系逐渐发生改变,医务人员的工作行为受到法律、社会的制约,患者们自身维权意识和医疗需求也不断提高,这种此消彼长的情况造成了医疗纠纷的多发。对于妇幼保健科而言,面对的患者群体特殊,属于医疗纠纷的多发科室,更应当寻求医疗纠纷发生原因,并针对性的提出处理措施,才能减少医疗纠纷,更好的为患者服务。
