传动带的激烈振动,主要是由于激振频率与传动带紧边的自振频率一致,引起共振而产生的。因此,必须首先求出传动带的自振频率,然后设法使激振频率位于系统的共振区之外,才能保证传动的正常工作。本文将传动带看作张紧弦,导出其自振频率计算式。根据这个公式,同时考虑带传动设计与工艺上的可能与方便,提出了一些避免传动带共振的办法。
The intense vibration of the transmission belt is mainly caused by the fact that the excitation frequency is consistent with the natural frequency of the tight edge of the transmission belt, causing resonance. In this paper, the transmission belt is taken as a tensioned string, and its natural frequency is derived. According to this formula, considering both the possibility and convenience of belt drive design and process, some measures to avoid the belt resonance are proposed.
