目的介绍大孔吸附树脂吸附分离有效成分影响因素的研究进展,为大孔吸附树脂的进一步研究和应用提供参考。方法根据现有文献进行分析总结,就被分离成分、大孔吸附树脂、原液、洗脱剂、吸附条件和温度等因素对吸附分离有效成分的影响作一综述。结果与结论大孔吸附树脂吸附分离有效成分受诸多因素的影响,需综合考虑,并有待进一步完善和规范化。
Objective To introduce the research progress of the influencing factors of the active principle of macroporous adsorption resin and to provide reference for the further research and application of the macroporous resin. Methods According to the existing literatures, the effects of the separated components, macroporous adsorption resins, stock solutions, eluents, adsorption conditions and temperature on the active components of the adsorptive separation were reviewed. Results and Conclusion The macroporous resin adsorption and separation of active ingredients by many factors, to be considered, and needs further improvement and standardization.
