在产品经济占统治地位的年代里,人们在分析商品质量时,往往只重视商品的物质性,分析的重点是商品是否符合设计标准,而忽视了商品的适应性,致使许多企业的商品由于不符合消费者的需求而大量积压。在实行市场经济的今天,企业必须对商品质量有一个重新的认识,全面提高商品质量,才能在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文从阐明商品质量的基本概念出发,从宏观的角度对商品质量进行评价。
