卢文弨(1717-1796)一生著述甚夥。据严元照《悔庵学文》,文弨晚年曾自刊文集:“(卢文弨)垂殁之年始以(文集)付梓,未及五之一即下世。钱塘梁山舟(同书)侍讲出白金五十两,布告同人佽之,年馀刊成五十卷……其编次芟汰有不可解者。”~①而存世的《抱经堂文集》,乃卢文昭去世之后鲍廷博刊本,嘉庆二年刻讫,凡三十四卷,收文395篇,卷帙甚至少于严元照所说的梁同书刻本(但不知去向)。民国初年,张元济将此《抱经堂文集》三十四卷影印,收
