本文对制作工艺简单、成本较低的低纯度(170~190Proof)酒精应用于内燃机中的可行性进行了探讨,较系统地论述了酒精与汽油、柴油的各种混合方法。在不改变或少改变原机的结构条件下,在汽油机及柴油机中用酒精-汽油或酒精-柴油分别进行了台架试验,其结果表明燃用混合燃料以后,发动机的燃烧热效率及排放等指标均有所改善。酒精与汽油或柴油的重量混合比控制在8~20%之内,可获得明显的经济效益。
In this paper, the feasibility of using low purity (170-190Proof) alcohol with simple process and low cost to manufacture internal combustion engine is discussed. Various mixing methods of alcohol, gasoline and diesel are systematically discussed. Under the condition of not changing or changing the structure of the original engine, bench tests were carried out respectively on the gasoline engine and the diesel engine using alcohol-gasoline or alcohol-diesel. The results showed that after the fuel mixture was used, the engine combustion efficiency and emissions All improved. Alcohol and gasoline or diesel weight mixing ratio controlled within 8 ~ 20%, can obtain significant economic benefits.
