柳木华,男,湖北监利人,1969年生,教授,中国注册会计师协会非执业会员,中国会计学会财务成本分会理事,深圳市会计学会副会长,深圳市审计学会副会长。1990年毕业于复旦大学经济管理系,获经济学学士学位;1997年毕业于中南财经大学会计系,获经济学硕士学位;2003年毕业于中南财经政法大学会计学院,获管理学博士学位;2003年9月至2005年9月在中国人民大学博士后流动站从事工商管理会计学方向的博士后研究。已在《中国会计与财务研究》、《会计研究》、《审计研究》等期刊上公开发表30余篇论文,独立出版一部学术专著,合作出版三部著作,主编三本教材,主持或参与教育部人文社科项目、财政部重点会计科研项目、中国注册会计师协会科研项目,作为专家参与起草中国注册会计师审计准则和职业道德守则,2009年获深圳大学学术创新三等奖。
Liu Muhua, male, Hubei Jianli, born in 1969, is a professor, a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Accounting Costs Division of the Chinese Accounting Association, a vice president of the Shenzhen Accounting Association and a vice president of the Shenzhen Audit Association. He graduated from Fudan University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management. He graduated from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics in 1997 with a master’s degree in economics. He graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2003 with a Ph.D. in Management. 2003 From September to September 2005, he engaged in postdoctoral research in Business Administration Accounting at the Postdoctoral Research Center of Renmin University of China. He has published over 30 papers in journals such as “Accounting and Finance in China”, “Accounting Research” and “Audit Research”, publishing an academic monograph independently, co-publishing three books, editing three books, chairing or participating The Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Science Project, the Ministry of Finance key accounting research projects, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants research projects, as experts involved in the drafting of the Chinese Certified Public Accountants Auditing Standards and Code of Ethics, in 2009 by the Shenzhen University academic innovation third place.
