自一九七八年以来,天津市在以大模住宅体系为主的工业化住宅发展速度上是比较快的,到一九八四年底七年间共建造内浇外挂住宅约130万平方米。多年来这些住宅不论是设计方案的确定还是施工方案的选择应用,都不断的完善和提高了大模住宅这个体系的成果。现就大模住宅具有代表性的各种不同施工方案的应用,劳动组合及其经济效益的分析比较分述于后:
Since 1978, Tianjin has seen rapid development of industrialized residential buildings dominated by large-scale residential systems.
