建立了高效液相色谱法测定耳聋丸中6种成分的方法。采用Dikma Platisil ODS色谱柱,以乙腈∶0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,切换波长检测,检测波长分别为240 nm(京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷、木通苯乙醇苷B)、274 nm(龙胆苦苷、黄芩苷、甘草酸铵)。上述6种成分均达到基线分离,在相应范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.5%~104.6%,RSD为1.15%~1.83%。
A method for the determination of six components in deafness pills by HPLC was established. The Dikma Platisil ODS column was used with gradient elution with acetonitrile: 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, and the wavelength of detection was switched to 240 nm (genipin gentianobioside, geniposide, ), 274 nm (gentiopicroside, baicalin, ammonium glycyrrhizinate). The above six components all achieved baseline separation with a good linearity within the corresponding range with an average recovery of 97.5% -104.6% and a RSD of 1.15% -1.83%.
