规范、科学的劳动用工制度,是创造和谐劳动关系、提高工作效率、实现企业经营目标的重要保证。近年来,供电企业在劳动用工管理方面不断探索、改革、创新,取得了不错的成绩。部分市级供电企业和县级供电企业,在人员数量负增长前提下,实现了企业经济效益和职工收入大幅增长。但同时也有一些企业,囿于劳动用工方面的弊端,严重制约了企业发展步伐。
The normative and scientific labor and employment system is an important guarantee for creating a harmonious labor relationship, improving work efficiency and achieving the business objectives of the enterprise. In recent years, the power supply enterprises have continuously explored, reform and innovated in labor and employment management and achieved good results. Some municipal-level power supply enterprises and county-level power supply enterprises, under the premise of a negative growth in the number of personnel, realized a substantial increase in the economic benefits of the enterprises and the income of workers. However, at the same time, some enterprises also suffer from the disadvantages of labor and employment, seriously restricting the pace of enterprise development.
