山东省莱州市莱东建材设备研究所自行开发研制成功我国新一代 JSL 系列摆式自动砂锯,能将各种花岗石、大理石荒料直接锯切成板材,填补了我国大规格板材切割机械领域的空白。该机主体采用曲柄摇杆机构,通过飞轮主轴曲柄连杆推动锯框往复摆动,经顶部自动供砂系统向荒料喷洒特制刚砂,实现锯条的研磨锯切,从而完成切割工作。锯片由液压涨紧,升降进给可自动进行,而且运行平稳,具有进砂均匀,排屑顺利的特点。板材平直光滑,尺寸精确,成品率极高,每平方米成本比传统加工方式降低20元左右。其最大锯切荒料尺寸为长3150毫米,宽2400毫米,高1600毫米,最薄厚度20毫米,完全可以满足各种工程用板需要。该机还具有钢砂用量少,加工效率快,节电性能优越,辅助装置完备,自动化程度高的显著特点,是石材行业较为理想的新型加工设备。
