本文从解析“互联网+”时代、全面深化高等教育综合改革、依法治档的新形势下高校档案馆面临的挑战与机遇入手,引出核心竞争力概念,通过阐释高校档案馆核心竞争力的内涵及其构建维度——文化维、管理维、信息化维、公共关系维,提出以积淀“以人为本”的机构文化为核心理念,以强化战略规划管理为导向,以加快推进“数字档案馆”建设为抓手,以探索机构和人才管理新模式为动力,以拓展多层次、多形式的公共关系为突破口开辟核心竞争力的培育路径。
This paper begins with the analysis of the “Internet +” era, comprehensively deepening the overall reform of higher education, and managing the archives according to law in the light of the challenges and opportunities faced by the archives in colleges and universities. The concept of core competence is derived. By interpreting the core competitiveness of the university archives, Connotation and Construction Dimension - Culture Dimension, Management Dimension, Information Dimension and Public Relations Dimension, Propose to Focus on the Institutional Culture of “Humanist”, Strengthen the Strategic Planning Management, Accelerate the “Digital Archives ”construction as the starting point to explore new models of institutions and personnel management as a driving force to expand the multi-level and multi-form of public relations as a breakthrough to open up the core competitiveness of the cultivation path.
