民用液化石油气钢瓶在检验过程中既要保证气瓶检验质量,也要保证气瓶检验工作过程中的人员及设备安全。目前多数检验站采用喷塑的检验工艺流程是:外观初检→残液残气回收→拆卸瓶阀→焚烧(蒸气吹扫)→残气浓度测定→容积测定→水压试验→喷砂除锈→外观复检→壁厚测定→粉末喷涂与烘烤→瓶阀检验与装配→气密性试验→抽真空、印字等。这一工艺流程中设置外观初检、残气浓度测定、水压试验、外观复检、壁厚测定、气密性试验等质量控制点,以确保钢瓶的检验质量。
