我国建筑行业在近几年发展迅速,房屋建筑业的发展速度也不容小觑,房屋建筑业渐渐的成为建筑施工中最主要的组成部分。目前我国经济水平在快速的提高,中国成为世界上发展速度最快的国家之一。随着经济和物质水平的不断提高,人们对自身的居住环境也提出了越来越高的要求。提高我国房屋建筑有效发展的重中之重就是要加强对我国房屋建筑施工管理质量的控制研究,因此要不断的优化房屋建筑施工管理水平。
