由于八面河油田特殊的地层物性及井身结构,尾管完井技术在八面河油田应用存在许多技术难题。为此对常规尾管完井技术进行了改进,形成一系列配套技术:研制出高效磨鞋;改变小套管管柱结构;采取特殊连接方式,减少小套管管柱外径,便于后期修井作业和采油管理。采用特殊扶正技术,提高固井质量;针对套管负压现象,采取了特殊固井技术。通过推广应用成功修复了面14-509井。
Due to the special stratigraphic properties and wellbore structure of the Bamianhe Oilfield, there are many technical problems in the application of tail pipe completion technology in the Bamianhe Oilfield. To this end, the conventional tail pipe completion technology has been improved to form a series of supporting technologies: to develop efficient grinding shoes; to change the structure of small tubular string; to adopt special connection ways to reduce the outer diameter of small tubular string and to facilitate the later repair Well operations and production management. Using special righting technology to improve the cementing quality; for casing negative pressure phenomenon, special cementing technology was adopted. Face 14-509 was successfully repaired by popularizing the application.
