以8个大豆亲本为材料组配6个杂交组合,并对F2~F6各世代的蛋白质含量与亲本蛋白质含量及产量进行相关性分析。结果表明:(1)各世代蛋白质含量与母本显著正相关,与父本相关性不显著;(2)随着世代的升高,高蛋白×高蛋白组合后代蛋白质含量先降低后升高,F4代蛋白质含量最低,而高蛋白×低蛋白组合后代蛋白质含量先升后降,F4代蛋白质含量最高;(3)各世代蛋白质含量与产量呈负相关,但高蛋白×低蛋白组合的相关性未达显著水平,说明从中可能选育出高产高蛋白的材料。
Based on the data of 8 soybean parents, 6 crosses were made and the correlations were analyzed between the protein content of F2 ~ F6 and the parental protein content and yield. The results showed that: (1) The protein content of each generation was significantly positively correlated with the female parent, but not significant with the male parent; (2) With the increase of the generation, the protein content of the high protein × high protein combination decreased first and then increased, The content of protein in F4 generation was the lowest, while the content of protein in high progenies × low protein combinations increased first and then decreased and the content of protein in F4 generation was the highest.
