山东省将研究出台《山东省不动产登记暂行条例》,有条件的地区争取在今年3月1日起实现统一窗口受理,颁发统一不动产权利证书。不动产登记是将土地、房屋、草原、林地、海域等不动产进行统一登记,实现登记机构、登记依据、登记簿证、信息平台“四统一”。不动产登记条例没有要求强制登记不动产,所有人都必须登记不动产是认识误区。即便个人拥有多套房产,可以自愿选择是否登记、如何登记。认为不动产登记是反腐利器其实是种误读。
