依照原始性状相关原则,重演律原则,生长迟滞原则,普遍性原则及资料记载对葡萄属17个种、4个变种、10个栽培品种的21个特征性状进行极性梯度分析,即确定性状的祖征和衍征,利用徐克学的最大同步法进行分支分类分析,确定供试材料的系统发育关系。结果表明:供试的31个材料分为3个主要分支;同时讨论了材料间的亲缘演化关系。
According to the principles of the original traits, the principle of recapitulation, the principle of growth retardation, the principle of universality and the data records, 21 traits of 17 cultivars, 4 varieties and 10 cultivars of Vitis were analyzed by polarity gradient, that is, Zu Zheng and Yan Zheng, the use of Xu Kexue maximum synchronization method for branch classification analysis to determine the test material phylogenetic relationship. The results showed that the 31 materials tested were divided into three main branches. At the same time, the relationship between the evolution of materials was discussed.
