为分析单手拉车作业肌肉疲劳情况,设计并完成模拟静态手拉叉车试验:通过测量拉车前后单臂拉力的变化及最大耐受时间(MET),记录基于Borg CR-10主观疲劳评分表(RPE)的身体疲劳度,探讨负荷和身体质量指数(BMI)对MET、剩余拉力、力量衰减程度和RPE的影响;并基于试验数据构建单手拉车作业肌肉疲劳MET预测方程。试验结果表明,仅负荷显著影响MET;所构建的以指数函数和幂函数为基础的MET方程与现有方程具有一致性;用所建方程得到的预测值与实测值偏差优于用现有MET方程得到的结果。
In order to analyze the muscle fatigue condition of single hand cart operation, the static static hand truck test was designed and completed. The changes of the pull force and the maximum tolerable time (MET) of the front and rear carts were measured and recorded based on the Borg CR-10 subjective fatigue score (RPE), and explored the effect of load and body mass index (BMI) on MET, residual tension, strength attenuation and RPE. Based on the experimental data, we constructed the MET fatigue prediction equation of single-hand pull cart operation. The experimental results show that only the load significantly affects MET. The MET equation constructed based on exponential and power functions is consistent with the existing equations. The deviation between predicted and measured values obtained by the built equation is superior to that obtained from the existing MET The result of the equation.
