通过对我区推行平等协商和集体合同制度情况的深入调查,有喜有忧,喜的是建立制度面比较广,成效比较明显,忧的是缺乏深度,质量有待提高。
Through our thorough investigation of the implementation of the equal consultation and collective contract system in our district, there is joy and sorrow and happiness. The joy is to establish a relatively wide system with more obvious effects. The worry is the lack of depth and the quality to be improved.
