随着生产规模的日益扩大、人口规模的不断增长,随着人们不间断地要求提高生活质量,地球上天然资源正以加速的趋势被迅速消耗,生态环境的退化也越来越严重。这个基本事实迫使即将进入21世纪的人们不得不冷静地去思考:地球的文明究竟如何维系?能否寻求一条理性的途径,清醒地、明智地去获得人类社会和地球自然体系的可持续发展?为了系统地、深入地认识和总结中国人口、资源、环境与发展之间的关系;为了寻求中国实施可持续发展战略的健康之路;为了决策机构制定更加合理的方针和政策,中国科学院可持续发展研究小组经过亿次级的巨量运算,将中国可持续发展战略所涉及的249项要素、45个指数、16个模型和5大系统,实施分类、综合与逐级递归,做出了定量评判和分省排序。从本期起本刊将陆续选登部分统计分析报告。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of production and population growth, the natural resources on the Earth are rapidly being consumed as the people constantly ask for the improvement of their quality of life. The degradation of the ecological environment is also becoming more and more serious. This basic fact compels those entering the 21st century to calmly ponder: How can the civilization of the earth sustain its existence? Can it seek a rational way to awake and wisely obtain the sustainable development of human society and the Earth’s natural system? In order to systematically and deeply understand and summarize the relationship between population, resources, environment and development in China, and to seek a healthy path for China to implement the strategy of sustainable development, and to make the policy-making organs formulate more reasonable guidelines and policies, the Chinese Academy of Sciences After a massive operation of hundreds of millions of levels, the Development Research Group conducted a classification, synthesis and stepwise recursion of the 249 elements, 45 indices, 16 models and 5 major systems involved in China’s sustainable development strategy to make quantitative Judge and sort by province. From this issue, we will continue to select some statistical analysis reports.
