今年以来,全省上下普遍加大了财政工作力度,财政形势总体发展态势较好。从当前预算执行情况来看,1—7月,全省共完成地方财政收入50.48亿元,为年度预算的53.7%,比上年同期增加13.52亿元,增长36.58%。应当看到,今年收入增长幅度大,这里面有一个特殊因素,那就是去年财税改革刚开始,一些政策和征管手段还不到位,收入基数较低。而且,今年以来财政支出增幅较大,一些重点支出的到位情况还比较差,有些地方工资还没有按月发放,这对后几个月的财政运转形成了很大的压力。因此,全面完成今年财政工作目标,任务还很繁重,困难还很大,千万不能盲目乐观,更不能存有任何松懈思想,还需要再加油、再鼓劲。 Since the beginning of this year, the province has generally stepped up its financial work from top to bottom and the overall situation of the financial situation has shown a good momentum of development.
