在人类现代管理思想的演进中,又一种崭新的管理理论与方法向人们显示了巨大的生命力,这就是企业文化。企业文化自八十年代初在国外兴起后,不久也成为我国企业界理论界的热门话题。但是,迄今为止,我国对企业文化的一些基本问题尚无较为一致的意见,这不能不影响中国特色的企业文化建设。本文在此对几个有关问题加以探讨,拟求得学界同仁的争鸣。
In the evolution of the modern thought of human management, another brand new management theory and method has shown great vitality to people. This is the corporate culture. Since the rise of corporate culture in foreign countries in the early 1980s, it has also become a hot topic in the field of Chinese business theory. However, up to now, there is not a consensus in our country on some basic issues of corporate culture, which can not but affect the corporate culture with Chinese characteristics. This article discusses several related issues here, and hopes to win the contention of the academic colleagues.
