一、概述 我厂生产的解放排气门是21一4N与4Cr9Si2材料用闪光焊接而成,该气门经常在高温下承受压力、拉力做往复运动。气门质量的好坏不但直接影响发动机马力,而且会导致发动机气缸、活塞、连杆等机件的损坏,因此气门质量是保证发动机正常工作的重要条件之一。几年来我们对这种双金属对焊排气门焊缝超声波探伤进行了探索,从用平探头、斜探头、到水浸超声波探伤分别进行了试验,到目前为止,我们认为水浸超声波探伤细棒料对接焊缝质量的检测比较理想。 水浸超声波探伤的优点:
