在当今经济全球化和区域经济一体化潮流中,建立中国—东盟自由贸易区使广西的区位优势凸显,而作为推进自贸区建设重要措施的中国—东盟博览会落户南宁,不仅确立了广西在国家对外开放格局中的重要地位,同时也为广西加快开放发展创造了前所未有的重大机遇。在当前和今后一个较长时期内,紧密围绕中国—东盟博览会来扩大对外开放,更多的聚集外部资源,是广西对外开放工作的重点,对广西经济社会发展具有十分重要的战略意义。
In today’s economic globalization and the trend of regional economic integration, the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area brings Guangxi’s geographical advantages to a prominent place. However, the China-ASEAN Expo, which is an important measure to promote the building of a free trade area, has settled in Nanning. The important position in the pattern of opening up has also created unprecedented opportunities for Guangxi to speed up its opening up and development. At present and for a long time to come, expanding the opening-up period and gathering more external resources around the China-ASEAN Expo will be the focus of Guangxi’s opening-up to the outside world and will have a very important strategic significance for Guangxi’s economic and social development.
