为探讨纤维连接蛋白(FN)及其受体(FNR)与IgA肾病的关系,利用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析的方法对41例IgA肾病患者和6例正常人肾组织中的纤维连接蛋白及其受体进行定量研究。结果表明,正常肾组织肾小球FN分布于系膜区,FNR在肾小球系膜区和毛细血管袢均有分布。IgA肾病患者肾小球内FN、FNR的相对含量高于正常肾,重度组IgA肾病患者尤为显著(P<0.01),而且FN、FNR的含量与IgA肾病肾小球系膜细胞的增殖程度呈密切相关。提示FN、FNR在IgA肾病肾小球病变中可能起重要作用。
To investigate the relationship between fibronectin (FN) and its receptor (FNR) and IgA nephropathy, immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis were used to detect the expression of fibronectin in 41 patients with IgA nephropathy and 6 normal controls Their receptors were studied quantitatively. The results showed that the normal kidney tissue FN distribution in the mesangial area, FNR in the glomerular mesangial area and capillaries are distributed. The relative content of FN and FNR in glomeruli of patients with IgA nephropathy was higher than that of normal kidney, especially in patients with severe IgA nephropathy (P <0.01), and the contents of FN and FNR were correlated with the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells The degree is closely related. It is suggested that FN and FNR may play an important role in glomerular lesions of IgA nephropathy.
