一、概述一、自动线的用途 DX15、DX16自动线是由大连组合机床研究所、大连机床厂“三结合”设计,并由大连机床厂制造的,用来加工EQ240越野汽车的前、中、后三种轿壳。工件材料为韧性球墨铸铁QT40-10(或可锻铸铁KT35-10),硬度HB163,三种工件主要外形尺寸及加工部位是相同的,该零件的全部机械加工工序分别在两条自动线上完成。被加工零件见图1。
First, an overview of the use of automatic lines DX15, DX16 automatic line by the Dalian Institute of Machine Tool, Dalian Machine Tool Plant “triple combination” design, and manufactured by Dalian Machine Tool Plant, used to process EQ240 off-road vehicles before, during and after the three Kind of carousel. Workpiece material is ductile ductile iron QT40-10 (or malleable cast iron KT35-10), hardness HB163, the main dimensions of the three parts and processing parts are the same, the parts of the machining operations were completed in two automatic lines. The parts are shown in Figure 1.
