目的优选乐脉颗粒提取工艺。方法基于乐脉颗粒组方原则,兼顾丹酚酸B、阿魏酸、芍药苷、羟基红花色素A、丹参酮ⅡA、α-香附酮、木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯主要指标成分含量和干浸膏得率,以料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间和浸泡时间为考察因素,采用多指标综合评分法,利用正交试验优选乐脉颗粒提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为以12倍量提取溶剂,依次以75%乙醇、30%乙醇、水回流提取3次,每次1.0 h。结论该最佳提取工艺能够最大程度地保留乐脉颗粒的有效物质,保证药品的质量,可用于制剂实际生产。
Objective To optimize Lemai particle extraction process. Methods Based on the principle of “Lemai Granules”, the main contents of salvianolic acid B, ferulic acid, paeoniflorin, hydroxysafflorone A, tanshinone ⅡA, α-ketorolac, The content of indicator components and the yield of dry extract were investigated with the ratio of material to liquid, ethanol concentration, extraction time and soaking time. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions of Lemai granules. Results The optimum extraction process was extraction of solvent with 12 times amount, followed by reflux extraction with 75% ethanol, 30% ethanol and water for 3 times for 1.0 h each. Conclusion The best extraction process to maximize the effective particles to keep music, to ensure the quality of drugs can be used for the actual production of formulations.
