无痛胃镜在我国已具有多年发展历史，其是在常规胃镜检查的基础上应用一定量的镇静剂，使患者的睡眠状态下完成操作，整个过程患者不会感受到痛苦，仅有少量麻醉并发症存在，深受广大医生和患者欢迎，我院自2012年2月~2014年3月实施无痛胃镜检查患者152例，本文通过这152例患者的临床护理，分析了具体护理方法，总结了无痛胃镜的护理体会，探讨了无痛胃镜检查的优缺点，以期能够在后续工作中能够更好的为患者服务。“,”Painless gastroscopy in our country have years of development history, it is the application of a certain amount based on conventional gastroscopy on tranquilizers, to complete the operation in patients with sleep state, the whole process of patients do not feel pain, only a smal amount of anesthetic complications exist, by the broad masses of welcome doctors and patients in our hospital from 2012, February to in 2014 March, the implementation of 152 cases of painless gastroscopy patients, through the clinical nursing of the 152 patients, analysis of the specific methods of nursing, the nursing experience of painless gastroscopy, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of painless gastroscopy, in order to bet er in the succeeding work service for patients.
