实验采用3种类型、15个小麦F_1组合与玉米杂交种中单120进行杂交,研究不同小麦基因型单倍体产生的差异。结果:胚产生率六倍体太谷核不育小麦复合杂交5个组合在17.4%~28.5%间(平均23.8%),六倍体普通小麦6个单交组合在6.3%~10.8%间(平均8.1%),四倍体硬粒小麦4个单交组合在4.4%~11.0%间(平均8.2%)。统计分析表明:3种小麦类型内各组合之间胚产生率无显著差异,但是,核不育小麦复合杂交F_1分别与普通小麦单交F_1和硬粒小麦单交F_1间有显著差异,而后两种类型间无显著差异。胚培养植株产生率3种类型分别为73.3%、61.9%、23.5%。讨论了该方法产生双单倍体的实用性。
In this experiment, three types of 15 F 1 combinations of wheat and 120 single-hybrid corn hybrids were used to study the haplotype differences of different wheat genotypes. Results: The embryo yield of five crosses of six-titered triticum-sterile wheat was between 17.4% and 28.5% (average 23.8%), that of six crosses of common wheat was between 6.3% and 10.8% Averaged 8.1%). Four single crosses of tetraploid durum wheat ranged from 4.4% to 11.0% (average 8.2%). Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in embryo generation rate among the three combinations of wheat types, however, the F 1 hybrid sterility of the sterile wheat was significantly different from that of the F1 hybrid F1 and the F1 hybrid F1 of common wheat, No significant difference between species types. Three types of embryo culture plant yield were 73.3%, 61.9%, 23.5%. The utility of this method to generate double haploids is discussed.
