介绍了低Si 含量的Mg-Si 二元合金的研制结果。Mg-Si 定向共晶合金可同时表现出较高的阻尼性能和良好的力学性能。内耗测量结果表明在临界温度(~250 K)以上合金的阻尼急剧增加。分析了退火和预变形对合金阻尼性能的影响。
The research results of Mg-Si binary alloys with low Si content are introduced. Mg-Si oriented eutectic alloy can exhibit high damping performance and good mechanical properties at the same time. Internal friction measurements show a sharp increase in the damping of the alloy above the critical temperature (~ 250 K). The effects of annealing and pre-deformation on the damping properties of the alloy were analyzed.
