Nationally edited “Junior Middle School Chemistry” teaching materials in Chapter III Section V “Separation of Mixtures”, introduced the “paper chromatography” demonstration method and its preliminary material chromatography separation knowledge. The study and understanding of this content is of great significance in opening up the vision of junior high school students, learning the chromatographic analysis for the future, and using experimental means to observe and understand the material world.
