许多研究已证明,矽肺患者及矽肺动物的肺组织中的糖胺聚糖(GAG)含量明显上升,但是关于矽肺组织中各种GAG之间相互比例变化的详细报导并不多见。目前测定GAG一般采用测定糖醛酸或氨基己糖的方法,这些方法不够迅速简便,其结果亦不能直接表示为GAG的含量。本文采用的几种测定方法简便、迅速、灵敏,适用于具有一般设备的实验室。所测得的总量可以直接表示为GAG的重量,并可进一步测出各种GAG间比例的变化。
Numerous studies have shown that there is a clear increase in glycosaminoglycan (GAG) levels in the lungs of patients with silicosis and silicosis, but few reports on the relative proportions of various GAGs in silicosis are rare. GAG currently used to determine the determination of uronic acid or hexosamine methods, these methods are not fast enough easy, the results can not be directly expressed as the content of GAG. In this paper, several determination methods are simple, rapid and sensitive, suitable for general laboratory equipment. The total amount measured can be directly expressed as the weight of the GAG and the ratio of the various GAGs can be further measured.
