采用聚合物改性沥青、增稠剂和相容剂等助剂为原料制备了适用于混凝土路面的填缝材料,通过针入度、粘度试验等评价了填缝料的感温性,通过测力延度试验表征了填缝料的低温性能,BBR试验研究了填缝料的低温流变性能,通过设置不同的界面环境运用拉伸试验,研究了填缝料的粘附性。结果表明聚合物改性沥青填缝料温度敏感性低、高温流动性小、具有优良的低温延伸性和低温抗裂性且与基体粘附性好等优点。
A kind of caulking material suitable for concrete pavement was prepared by using polymer modified asphalt, thickener and compatibilizer as raw materials. The temperature sensitivity of caulking material was evaluated by penetration test and viscosity test. The ductility test shows the low temperature performance of the caulk. The BBR test studies the low temperature rheological properties of the caulk, and applies the tensile test to set up the different interface environment to study the adhesion of the caulk. The results show that the polymer modified asphalt sealant has the advantages of low temperature sensitivity, low temperature fluidity, excellent low temperature elongation and low temperature crack resistance and good adhesion to the substrate.
